Similarly, any effort to circumvent protection mechanisms, such as licensing systems or encryption methods, is a violation of these terms.

Engaging in such actions, including attempts to tamper with or disable security features, will result in the immediate termination of your software license and may lead to legal proceedings to protect NevoTech's intellectual property rights. NevoTech takes the protection of its software and intellectual property seriously, and any breach of these terms may lead to civil or criminal action. Misuse of NevoTech products that compromises their functionality, bypasses security measures, or otherwise violates these terms will not be tolerated.

Fees and Payment

By placing an order on NevoTech, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available to cover your purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product is incompatible with your device or is not functioning as intended. NevoTech may extend your license to resolve technical issues at its discretion. Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

NevoTech holds all rights to its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property. You do not have the right to reproduce, modify, or use any of NevoTech's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Termination

NevoTech reserves the right to terminate your software license for any violations of these terms, including but not limited to misuse of the software or breach of intellectual property rights. If your license is terminated, you are not entitled to a refund. Upon termination, certain provisions of the terms will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights and limitations of liability.

Usage Responsibility and Liability

You, the user, are solely responsible for your use of NevoTech software. NevoTech shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse or improper use of the software. This includes but is not limited to any damage to your personal devices, loss of data, or any harm caused to third parties through the misuse of the software. NevoTech is also not responsible for any personal, financial, or reputational damages that may result from your use of the software. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you use the software in accordance with these terms and any local laws or regulations. By using NevoTech’s software, you agree that you understand these risks and accept full liability for any issues that arise from misuse.

Product support and time-frame classification

We will provide support and service for any products purchased for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., subscription period). Products labeled as "Lifetime" do not imply indefinite support or service, but rather that you will have continued access to the product as long as it is actively supported. If a "Lifetime" product is discontinued, we will no longer provide support or maintenance for that product. Additionally, purchasing a product does not entitle you to access or receive support for any new products we release in the future, regardless of any prior purchases you have made.

Refund Policy

If the product is incompatible with your device or does not function as intended, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will only be granted if the product cannot be used due to compatibility or functionality issues with your device. At our discretion, we may offer free license extensions or re-optimizations to address these issues. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase; any requests made after this period will not be accepted. Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will NevoTech, its suppliers, licensors, or any individuals associated with these entities, be liable for any subject matter related to this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procuring substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use, loss, or corruption of data; or (iv) any amounts exceeding the fees you paid to NevoTech under this agreement in the twelve (12) months preceding the cause of action. NevoTech shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The above limitations do not apply where prohibited by law. NevoTech is not responsible for any damages incurred to you or third parties during the use of NevoTech software. You agree not to use NevoTech software for malicious purposes or to intentionally cause harm to others or their property. Such harm may include, but is not limited to: (1) physical or virtual damage to your device or operating system; (2) damage to another person’s or organization’s reputation; or (3) emotional or mental distress caused to another individual. Using NevoTech software to cause any of the aforementioned damages constitutes a breach of these terms, and you accept full responsibility for any harm caused.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NevoTech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or products, including any violations of these terms.

Chargeback & Payment Abuse Policy

By placing an order on NevoTech, you agree to the following:

Authorized Payment Only: You may only use payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal accounts) that are legally yours or that you are authorized to use. Any use of stolen or unauthorized payment information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

No Chargebacks Without Contacting Us: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to assist you.

False Fraud Claims: Filing a chargeback under false pretenses (e.g., claiming fraud despite having completed the purchase yourself) is considered abuse and a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

Submit all available evidence (IP logs, timestamps, payment confirmations, fraud detection reports, Terms acceptance) to dispute the claim,

Blacklist your account and block future purchases, and/or Take legal action where applicable.

Consequences of Chargeback Abuse: If you file an unjustified chargeback, your license will be immediately revoked, and access to our products and services will be permanently removed.
